Although you can choose your Santa, we cannot guarantee your choice on the day of your booking as the roster can change without notice. All our Santa's are wonderful and can't wait to meet you and your family.
Note: When booking, placing notes in your booking are often not read until a day or so before your session so if you need to advise us of something very important, please message us directly. Placing notes requesting a particular Santa not on roster will result in the rostered Santa being there for your session.
When booking your session, you agree to our terms of service and release automatically, Should you not wish to agree to social posts this can be opted out by stating this on the booking notes or in the form that is sent after booking requesting additional details for your session and we double check on the day.

Session Choices:
This year we have a few more options to choose from so please take a look and see what best works for your family.
The Experience:
You will arrive at our fully decorated studio, greeted by Santa's elves or by Mrs Claus herself!
You get a wonderful photography session in our amazing set with (or without) Santa and/or Mrs Claus or just beautiful Christmas photos of your family.
Each child will receive a gift from Santa or Mrs Claus or if you booked a No-Santa session, he will have left a gift to take home! (While stocks last)
How many photos do you get? ALL the professionally edited digital images from your session will be provided via our private download gallery (usually 7-10 days after your session)!

EXPRESS Santa / No Santa Sessions (One family per session is recommended)

Express Santa Claus
Come say hello to Santa, tell him what you want for Christmas and snap a family and/or individual photo with Santa.
Express sessions are are a lower cost option allowing for family group and single portraits where time permits.
- Children will still get to have a quick chat to Santa.
- Interactive props are not used in express sessions.
- Your choice of scene (one scene only).
- Each child receives a gift from Santa.
- ALL viable images from your session, professionally edited and provided via private download gallery.
- Same amazing magical experience, just a bit shorter.
Note these sessions are only 5 minutes and should be limited to 1 family per booking, If you would like multiple families we recommend each family book a separate express session or consider a standard double or triple session.
Session Duration:
- Express - 5 minutes
Sensitive sessions are not available in express. Mrs Claus cannot be added to an express session.

No-Santa Christmas Session!
Not of a fan of jolly old Santa? No problem, enjoy a lovely family photo session, while we send Santa and Mrs Claus off for a little break to feed the reindeer and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa! We will do some great fun poses, utilising our interactive props and playing around with our seating options to make your session extra special.
These magical Christmas sessions, hold the Santa, include:
- A series of photo poses for the family group, sibling and/or individuals (time permitting) using a range of interactive props/seating options.

Sensitive Santa Sessions
Sensitive sessions are designed for families with children on the spectrum or with additional sensory needs.
Sensitive sessions include:
- Additional time for settling into the environment
- A focus on your child's experience and comfort while we snap some candid and posed shots.
- Adjustments to the studio environment to accommodate additional needs (turn off twinkling lights, turn off music, speak softly, etc).
- Use of interactive props and different seating options where possible across both scenes.
- Each child receives a gift.
- ALL viable images from your session, professionally edited and provided via private download gallery.
Sensitive sessions can include Santa only, Santa and Mrs Claus, Mrs Claus only or no Claus (family only).

Additional Information - What is a sensitive session?
We believe all children should be able to experience Santa and the magic of Christmas in a way that works for them.
- This service is only for children on the spectrum or with extra sensory needs and their family.
- This is an extended session at a discounted price to allow for settling and calming time (not extra photography).
- We will adjust the studio environment to your requirements within our capabilities such as no background music, switching off twinkling lights and closing curtain from public view, etc (please note in your booking what needs your child has and how we can accommodate).
- Realistic expectations – Although we can't guarantee it, the overall goal is to get at least one great photo and give your child an awesome experience, You will receive all viable photos taken.
NOTE: Flash photography will be used but limited when and where possible if specified in your booking.

Are you WWC accredited?
We are "Working With Children" accredited as a specialist children's photographer.
How many people can I have in my session?
These recommendations are guidelines only to ensure a quality experience. You should decide based on the dynamics of your group what session length you might need. Single sessions are strictly 10 minutes with Santa. We recommend for larger family groups that multiple sessions are booked back-to-back to ensure everyone has a chance to say hello to Santa and get some great photos.
Session times vs group size
(Recommended guideline only)
1-2 children - Single session 10 minutes (5-10 minutes per child)
3-5 children - Double sessions 20 minutes (4-6 minutes per child)
6-8 children - Triple sessions 30 minutes (3.5-5 minutes per child)
All sensitive sessions are 20 minutes
We recommend for larger families that double or triple sessions are booked to ensure everyone has a chance to say hello to Santa and get some great photos.
If you decide to book a single session with a very large family, we may not be able to accommodate all your photography poses in the allotted time.
If you have all older children who pose without issues this saves time, conversely babies and toddlers can consume more time due to settling.

How many photos do I get?
We don't specify a number because we feel its better to offer everything we capture. It really depends on how your session goes.
You will get all "viable" shots after culling.
What if I am running late?
Our sessions are very popular, and we must run to time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible but it is not guaranteed and you may have a shorter session. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session.
Please note, parking can be a challenge, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. Please leave plenty of time to find parking before your session time.
What if my child does not want to participate?
Please note, you are purchasing a session time. Although every effort will be made to accommodate and try and encourage participation, in the unfortunate event that your session does not go as planned you may choose to terminate your session and forfeit your deposit, if terminated within the first 5 minutes of your booking. If 6 minutes or more is exceeded, the full session fee will be charged.
If you do decide to terminate your session due to this, no photos taken will be provided. If the full session is charged you will receive any photos taken.
Deposit Policy
We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event you cannot attend your session for any reason.
If you notify us with reasonable notice (72 hours minimum) and we are able to rebook your spot to another customer, your deposit will be credited to your account for a future session. If we are unsuccessful in filling your spot, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit covers part of the cost of staff who have been made available for your booking.
