When booking you will be required to pay a 20% deposit this is a non refundable deposit to secure the studio.

before your hire time ends, ensure the studio and its. facilities are returned in the condition they were presented including but not limited to bathroom area and kitchenette clean and tidy, studio removed of any rubbish.

To hire this facility you must agree to and sign an indemnity waiver before commencement.
