Conditions
When booking you will be required to pay a $200 bond (fully refunded), this acts as a non refundable deposit.
before your hire time ends, ensure the studio and its. facilities are returned in the condition they were presented including but not limited to bathroom area and kitchenette clean and tidy, studio removed of any rubbish.
your bond will be refunded within 48 hours from the end of your hire.
To hire this facility you must agree to and sign an indemnity waiver before commencement.
To hire this facility you must have and present a valid Public Liability Insurance Policy for 20 million or more.
