Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


Effective 5 November 2026


At LC Photo, we understand that plans can change. Our sessions require advance preparation, reserved appointment times and dedicated staff, so the following conditions apply.


Booking Deposits & Cancellations

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

If you cancel your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. Any payments made above the deposit amount will be issued as LC Photo account credit for future purchases or bookings.



Rescheduling – More Than 72 Hours' Notice

Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge when more than 72 hours' notice is provided.

  • Standard bookings: Use the Manage Your Booking link in your confirmation email.
  • Early Bird bookings: If you reschedule after the Early Bird promotional period has ended your booking adjusts to regular pricing.

Your existing 30% deposit will remain credited towards your booking in either case.

Please contact LC Photo directly to arrange your rescheduling once the Early Bird promotional period has ended.


Rescheduling – Within 72 Hours

Bookings rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a Late Rescheduling Fee of 20% of the session price.

  • Your original 30% deposit is preserved.
  • The 20% fee is added to your outstanding balance and payable at your rescheduled appointment.
  • Early Bird customers retain their discounted pricing.
  • The fee applies each time an appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours.

The fee helps cover a portian of the staff and resource costs already committed to your original appointment.



Existing Bookings

Bookings made before 5 November 2026 may remain under their original booking conditions or elect to use this updated policy.

Once the updated policy is selected, it will apply to all subsequent changes to that booking.

Important Information

All rescheduling is subject to availability. The 72-hour notice period is calculated from your scheduled appointment start time.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, those rights take precedence over our cancellation and credit conditions.
