Your booked session time
Please note your booking is for a specific time reserved for you and only you. We do not take walk-ups and are generally booked to capacity.
Please ensure you are at the studio with plenty of time.
If you are late and miss your session we will do our very best to accomodate you but we cannot guarantee this.
ALLOCATED TIME is not session time
Our Back To School sessions are not time based but do max out at 5 minutes, all going well.
PARKING
We recommend parking in the Union Street car park or at the Westfield.
There is a carpark attached to Skiptons Arcade, however it is very hard to secure a spot there and we do not recommend risking attempting to park there.

FAQ's
Are you WWC accredited?
We are "Working With Children" accredited as a specialist children's photographer.
What if I am running late?
Our sessions are very popular, and we must run to time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible but it is not guaranteed. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session. Sending a message to our Facebook page to let us know if you are running late can help us juggle bookings and maintain a space for you (please note, phone calls are often not able to be answered when we are shooting).
Please note, parking can be a challenge,. Please leave plenty of time to find parking before your session time.
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable
If you wish to reschedule, you can do this from your confirmation email providing there is another day and timeslot available, more than 72 hours before your booking to preserve your deposit. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your booking will require a new booking with a new deposit.
