The Experience:

You will arrive at our fully decorated studio, greeted by Santa's elves or maybe even by Mrs Claus herself!

You will have a wonderful photography session in our amazing set with (or without) Santa and/or Mrs Claus or beautiful Christmas photos of just your family.

Each child will receive a gift from Santa or Mrs Claus or if you booked a No-Santa session, he will have left a gift to take home! (while stocks last)

How many photos do you get? ALL the unique posed, professionally edited digital images from your session will be provided via our private download gallery (usually 7-14 days after your session).

EXPRESS Santa / Mrs Claus / No Claus Sessions (One family per session is recommended) (5 min)

Standard Santa / Mrs Claus Sessions (Single 10 min / Double 20 min / Triple 30 min / Sensitive 15 min)

Christmas Session (NO Santa/NO Mrs Claus) (Single 10 min / Double 20 min / Triple 30 min / Sensitive 15 min)

Express = 5 mins | Single = 10 mins | Double = 20 mins | Triple = 30 mins | Sensitive = 15 mins

Additional Information - What is a sensitive session?

We believe all children should be able to experience Santa and the magic of Christmas in a way that works for them.

• This service is only for children on the spectrum or with extra sensory needs and their family.
• This is an extended session at a discounted price to allow for settling and calming time (not extra photography).
• We will adjust the studio environment to your requirements within our capabilities such as no background music, switching off twinkling lights and closing curtain from public view, etc (please note in your booking what needs your child has and how we can accommodate).
• Realistic expectations – Although we do our very best we cannot guarantee your session to have those perfect family shots, the overall goal in a sensitive session is to get at least one great photo and give your child an awesome experience, You will receive all viable photos taken.

NOTE: Flash photography will be used but limited when and where possible if specified in your booking.

Are you WWC accredited?

Yes, we are "Working With Children" accredited as a specialist children's photographer.

How many people can I have in my session?

These recommendations are guidelines only to ensure a quality experience. You should decide based on the dynamics of your group what session length you might need. Sessions run strictly to time. We recommend for larger families or extended family groups that double or triple sessions are booked to ensure everyone has a chance to say hello to Santa and get some great photos.

Session times vs group size

(Recommended guideline only)

Express sessions are strictly 5 minutes and designed to be per family for a quick visit.

1-2 children - Single session 10 minutes (5-10 minutes per child)

3-5 children - Double sessions 20 minutes (4-6 minutes per child)

6-8 children - Triple sessions 30 minutes (3.5-5 minutes per child)

All sensitive sessions are 15 minutes

If you decide to book a single session with a very large family, we may not be able to accommodate all your photography poses in the allotted time.

If you have all older children who pose without issues this saves time, conversely babies and toddlers can consume more time due to settling.

How many photos do I get?

We don't specify a number because we feel its better to offer everything we capture. It really depends on how your session goes. You will get all "viable" shots after culling.

What if I am running late?

Our sessions are very popular, and we must run to time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible but it is not guaranteed and you may have a shorter session. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session.

Please note:

• Parking in Penrith can be a challenge, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. Please leave plenty of time to find parking before your session time.
• Our Campbelltown location is inside the Campbelltown Catholic Club. While ample parking is available, it may be impacted by other events in the area.
• Sign-in procedures will need to be completed upon entry to the Campbelltown Catholic Club prior to your session. Please leave plenty of time to complete this process.

What if my child does not want to participate?

Please note, you are purchasing a session time. Although every effort will be made to accommodate and try and encourage participation, in the unfortunate event that your session does not go as planned you may choose to terminate your session and forfeit your deposit only if terminated within the first 5 minutes of your booking (excluding express sessions). If 6 minutes or more is exceeded, the full session fee will be charged to account for time consumed.

If you do decide to terminate your session due to this, any photos taken will not be provided. If the full session is charged you will receive any photos taken.

Deposit Policy

We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event you cannot attend your session for any reason, this deposit will be forfeit.

If you notify us with reasonable notice (72 hours at the very least) and we are able to rebook your spot to another customer, your deposit may be credited to your account for a future session. If we are unsuccessful in filling your spot, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit covers part of the cost of staff who have been made available for your booking which has prevented another family from booking.

no-show Policy

We understand things happen and you might not be able to make it to your booking. In the event you cannot make it to your booking, we kindly ask that you please let us know. We may not be able to answer the phone during sessions - please leave a message, send a text or direct message on Facebook (preferred). Even letting us know 5 minutes before hand is highly appreciated.

When a customer no shows to an appointment their profile is flagged and may result in prevention from booking future sessions.
