As always we do everything a level above the rest, the Grinch is hyper-realistic.
He will be rude, loud and obnoxious, this is his personality and should be expected as such.
Some children may find him scary.
The Grinch will NOT break character, this preserves the magic for all our visitors.

Can I book back to back sessions for large group photos?
Yes, you can. We recommend a single session per family or a double for two families or a triple for three families.
Please reach out to us on our social media chat channels if you have any questions around group sizes.
Can I bring my dog or any pet?
Unfortunately, much like our Easter Bunny photos, we cannot allow pets in the studio for these sessions due to the Grinch appearing as a threat to an animal. This is for the safety of our staff.
Are you WWC accredited?
Yes, we are "Working With Children" accredited as a specialist children's photographer.
How many people can I have in my session?
These recommendations are guidelines only to ensure a quality experience. You should decide based on the dynamics of your group what session length you might need. Sessions run strictly to time. We recommend for larger families or extended family groups that double or triple sessions are booked to ensure everyone has a chance to interact with the Grinch and get some great photos.
Session times vs group size

Express sessions are strictly 5 minutes and designed to be per family for a quick visit.
1-2 children - Single session 10 minutes (5-10 minutes per child)
3-5 children - Double sessions 20 minutes (4-6 minutes per child)
6-8 children - Triple sessions 30 minutes (3.5-5 minutes per child)
If you decide to book a single session with a very large family, we may not be able to accommodate all your photography poses in the allotted time.
If you have all older children who pose without issues this saves time, conversely babies and toddlers can consume more time due to settling.

How many photos do I get?
We don't specify a number because we feel its better to offer everything we capture. It really depends on how your session goes.
You will get all "viable" shots after culling.
What if I am running late?
Our sessions are very popular, and we must run to time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible but it is not guaranteed and you may have a shorter session.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session.
Please note:
Parking in Penrith can be a challenge, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. Please leave plenty of time to find parking before your session time.
What if my child does not want to participate?
Please note, you are purchasing a session time. Although every effort will be made to accommodate and try and encourage participation, in the unfortunate event that your session does not go as planned you may choose to terminate your session and forfeit your deposit only if terminated within the first 5 minutes of your booking (excluding express sessions). If 6 minutes or more is exceeded, the full session fee will be charged to account for time consumed.
If you do decide to terminate your session due to this, any photos taken will not be provided. If the full session is charged you will receive any photos taken.
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event you cannot attend your session for any reason, this deposit will be forfeit.
If you notify us with reasonable notice (72 hours at the very least) and we are able to rebook your spot to another customer, your deposit may be credited to your account for a future session. If we are unsuccessful in filling your spot, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit covers part of the cost of staff who have been made available for your booking which has prevented another family from booking.

We understand things happen and you might not be able to make it to your booking. In the event you cannot make it to your booking, we kindly ask that you please let us know. We may not be able to answer the phone during sessions - please leave a message, send a text or direct message on Facebook/Instagram (preferred). Even letting us know 5 minutes before hand is highly appreciated.
When a customer no shows to an appointment their profile is flagged and this may result in being prevented from booking future sessions.
