This experience is about having fun with Santa, so there is no need for the kids to stop what they are doing and constantly smile at the camera.

Our elf will periodically take candid photographs throughout the experience, from mixing the ingredients and working with Santa to decorating those freshly baked cookies.

We may sneak in the odd posed photo or two but no promises!

IMPORTANT- This is an experience offering, while we will take some candid shots this is NOT a professional studio photography photo session. If you are wanting a professionally posed photography Santa session please book this on our photo session page.



NOTE: you can take your own photos but we kindly ask that video is not used for this experience. Magic should be experienced live!

The result is a collection of genuine Christmas memories showing your children actually experiencing the magic, rather than simply posing for it.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ALLERGY & FOOD INFORMATION

Unfortunately, Cookies with Santa is NOT an allergen-free experience.

The ingredients and decorating products used during this experience may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat/gluten, eggs, milk/dairy, soy, nuts and other allergens.

We cannot accommodate food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, and we cannot guarantee that any ingredient or product is free from traces of allergens due to the preparation environment and potential cross-contamination.

If your child or you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction, we strongly recommend that they do not consume the cookies or ingredients provided during the experience.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether participation and consumption of any food provided is appropriate for their child.

Are you WWC accredited?

Yes, we are "Working With Children" accredited as a specialist children's photographer.

How many people can I have in my Cookies with Santa experience?

Our sessions include up to TWO children, we can accommodate a maximum of FOUR children per session

What if I am running late?

Our sessions are very popular, and we must run to time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible given the limited number of spaces it is not guaranteed and you may have a shorter session or forfeit your session and deposit. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session.

Please note:

• Parking in Penrith can be a challenge, particularly as we get closer to Christmas. Please leave plenty of time to find parking before your session time.

What if my child does not want to participate?

Please note, you are purchasing a session time. Although every effort will be made to accommodate and try and encourage participation, in the unfortunate event that your session does not go as planned you may choose to terminate your session and forfeit your deposit only if terminated within the first 5 minutes of your booking.

Deposit Policy

We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event you cannot attend your session for any reason, this deposit will be forfeit.

If you notify us with reasonable notice (72 hours at the very least) and we are able to rebook your spot to another customer, your deposit may be credited to your account for a future session. If we are unsuccessful in filling your spot, your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit covers part of the cost of staff and materials that have been made available for your booking which has prevented another family from booking.

no-show Policy

We understand things happen and you might not be able to make it to your booking. In the event you cannot make it to your booking, we kindly ask that you please let us know. We may not be able to answer the phone during sessions - please leave a message, send a text or direct message on Facebook (preferred). Even letting us know 5 minutes before hand is highly appreciated.

When a customer no shows to an appointment their profile is flagged and may result in prevention from booking future sessions.
